RICE WAFER WITH OLIVES AND AUBERGINE CAVIAR
LIST OF INGREDIENTS :
3 rice wafers, 100 g of cottage cheese, bean sprouts, 1 container of plain black olives, 1 container of aubergine caviar, dried tomatoes, salt, and pepper.
THE RECIPE'S STEPS :
- Spread the aubergine caviar on the rice wafers. Stack the 3 wafers.
- Slice the black olives and dried tomatoes. Combine the cottage cheese with the olives and dried tomatoes and season the mixture. Place the mixture on top of the rice wafers.
- Sprinkle some olives and dried tomatoes on the cottage cheese. Garnish with the bean sprouts. It’s ready to eat!
