PEPPER AND BLACK OLIVE TAPENADE CROSTINI
LIST OF INGREDIENTS :
1 baguette, 1 red pepper, 1 yellow pepper, 150 g of black olive tapenade, olive oil, salt, pepper, basil
THE RECIPE'S STEPS :
- Slice the baguette. Toast the baguette slices. Spread the black olive tapenade on the slices.
- Wash the peppers and plunge them into boiling water for 2 minutes. Dry the peppers and cut in half.
- Remove seeds and dice. Mix the peppers in a salad bowl with some olive oil.
- Place the peppers on your baguette slices. Garnish with basil leaves.
