OCTOPUS SKEWERS WITH GREEN OLIVES
LIST OF INGREDIENTS :
500g Octopus, 1 container of green olives in parsley marinade, 1 large clove of garlic, mild pepper, 2 tablespoons olive oil, salt, and pepper
THE RECIPE'S STEPS :
- In a bowl, prepare a marinade with the juice of one lemon, 2 tablespoons olive oil, the garlic (minced as finely as possible with a knife), a bit of pepper and mild pepper.
- Cut the octopus and marinate for 30 minutes.
- Slide a piece of octopus, green olives, then another piece of octopus onto a small skewer and cook 1 minute on each side in a very hot pan. Repeat for each skewer.
