LIST OF INGREDIENTS :

2 pizza crusts, 5 red peppers, 250 g of feta cheese, 150 g of plain black olives, 6 tablespoons of crushed tomatoes, Herbes de Provence, olive oil, salt, pepper

THE RECIPE'S STEPS :

  • Heat oven to gas mark 8 (240°C). Wash peppers and plunge into boiling water for 2 minutes. Dry the peppers and cut in half. Remove seeds and dice. Mix them in a salad bowl. Dice the feta cheese.
  • Spread the crusts on a baking sheet covered with parchment paper. Cover crusts with a layer of crushed tomatoes and sprinkle with diced pepper. Drizzle with olive oil. Add diced feta cheese and olives. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Herbes de Provence and bake for 15 minutes.
